As of December 1, 2025, you’ll find us in a new workspace in Antwerp South — a setting with plenty of light, room to think, and a vibe that supports how we collaborate.
Call it good timing. Call it the “new Exalate experience.” Call it a small reboot to keep things fresh.
Either way, it feels right — and it feels like us.

A Workspace Built Around How We Collaborate
Over the past years, Exalate has grown into a truly global team working across countries, time zones, and disciplines.
With that growth, we realized our workspace should better support the way we operate today:
- hybrid yet intentional,

- team-oriented yet self-directed.
The new Antwerp South location gives us exactly that—a calm base for a team that’s anything but stationary.
And for a group spread across Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Argentina, India, Pakistan, Vietnam, the United States, Canada, Dubai, Bolivia, Nigeria, Germany, Kosovo, Greece, and beyond… that balance matters.

A Look Back (Some Nostalgia is Due)
Before stepping forward, we’re taking a moment for the space that hosted so much of our story.
The old office certainly had some character—the kind that shows up in Halloween parties that stretched the limits of imagination, holiday gatherings that turned into traditions, team reunions, product launches, and the countless shared moments that turned colleagues into a community.
It’s where many of our best stories began.
And even as we move into something new, the spirit we built there is coming with us.
Sure, we’ll miss that big kitchen table (and the culinary masterpieces it survived), but the recipe stays the same — just plated a little differently.
