Exalate Named to Main Software 50 Benelux — Our Third Year in a Row

Exalate has once again been named to the Main Software 50 Benelux 2025, marking our third consecutive year among the region’s top privately held software companies. Now in its 14th edition, the ranking by Main Capital Partners highlights software companies across the Benelux showing real growth, steady product progress, and meaningful international traction.

A Moment to Pause (and Appreciate)

Before the metrics and milestones—gratitude.

We owe this milestone to our customers who challenge and trust us. And to the partners who’ve walked beside us for years, helping us grow in ways we couldn’t have done alone.

But above all, this is a moment for the people inside Exalate. To the ones who keep choosing the harder, better path. Every sync, every idea, every late-night fix, every “we’ll figure this out together” conversation is part of this story.

It also reflects the journey we’ve been on. From the early days of syncing Jira to Jira to what we now call descriptive integrations — our next step in blending automation, human context, and AI assistance to help teams work together smoothly across systems.

It’s been more than ten years of building, fixing, rethinking, and steadily moving forward.

As Francis says, “The first year you make a list like this, you’re proving you belong. By the third year, you’re proving you’ve kept growing.”
And Hilde adds, “The work we do is often invisible—but proves to be meaningful. And it’s always teamwork.”

To our team: thank you for the care, the dedication, and the craft.

To our customers and partners: thank you for seeing us, thank you for choosing us, and thank you for your trust.

We’re proud, but far from done.

The Work Continues

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re preparing a re-engineered integration experience, new connectors, and deeper AI-enabled assistance—always with a “make it easier” mindset.

The goal: deliver integration that teams can rely on, without having to think too much about it.
