We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketeer to join our team.

As a Performance & Growth Marketeer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary goals will be to drive user acquisition, engagement, awareness, expansion and retention through targeted and measurable marketing initiatives. You will work closely with, and report to, the Head of Marketing to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives.

Our responsibilities for this position are:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Paid Search (Google & Bing), display advertising, social media (LinkedIn, Youtube & Meta), and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics platforms (GA4, GTM & Supermetrics) to track key metrics & conversion events and generate performance reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and increase overall ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing messages.
  • Collaborate with our RevOps manager to optimize the performance of our marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Brand on generating Awareness within our target ICP and partner ecosystems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical and editorial SEO knowledge is a plus.
