Requirements

        •  
  • Your are a complete T-shaped marketer with an expertise in analytics and performance marketing

  • Minimum of 3 years growth marketing and performance marketing experience for a high growth B2B or B2C Tech Company.

  • Very fluent with B2B SaaS Marketing funnel metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business field required

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of successful growth and performance campaigns 

  • Expertise with analytical tools for marketers, such as GA4, Google Trends, GTM, Semrush, SimilarWeb, AHRefs etc.

  • Know Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn like the back of your hand to Own, manage and optimize our paid channels.

  • Be comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment

  • Experience in data driven marketing 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

  • Creativity, motivation and a structured approach.

  • Great communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Run and optimize and own the budget of all performance marketing channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and any other PPC and paid advertising channels.

  • Manage and own our analytics and tracking stack GA4, Amplitude, Supermetrics, GTM, HotJar, 

  • Test new bid strategies, run A/B tests to increase conversion rates. 

  • Develop a short and long term list of metrics to improve, prioritize initiatives according to cost, potential impact, expected revenue, time to implement, etc.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.

  • Manage  the company’s customer acquisition loops and manage the end-to-end execution of all customer acquisition campaigns.

  • Investigate new opportunities for growth and use data to define growth objectives and growth strategies 

  • Report on results and share actionable insights and data with the entire organization with the focus on next best action.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance and growth marketing to drive innovation and enhance performance.

  • Collaborate and bring insight to product marketing, CRO and content teams to drive opportunities for growth and execute experiments.
